To provide you with a comfortable environment to shop and check out our product line, we have created these terms of use. By using our site, you consent to these terms of use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and from time to time, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. We suggest that you periodically check these terms for changes. Your continued use of our site signifies your consent to our then current terms of use. Copyrights Our site and its contents, including without limitation all site design, text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, audio and video clips, and the selection and arrangement of all the foregoing, is the property of Tall’s Camera Inc. (copyright 2005, of Tall’s Camera Inc. All rights reserved.) or our licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content may be used for the sole purpose of making a purchase from us, and researching our product line. Any other use of the content, including without limitation the reproduction, modification, distribution or transmission is prohibited. Return Policy For a full refund, merchandise must be returned to a Tall's Camera store within 7 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. See store for details. For an exchange or store credit, digital cameras must be returned within 15 days of purchase, and all other merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Store credits issued have no cash value and cannot be returned for cash. Item(s) cannot be used and must remain sealed in original packaging. Any form of assembly or alteration of any material is considered to be used and non-returnable. All sales are final on professional Digital SLR cameras. Restocking fees may apply. Gift purchases made in December are refundable or exchangeable until December 31 of that same year. If outside that purchase time, our standard return policy parameters apply. The above restrictions referring to merchandise condition, display of a original receipt, refund arrangement and any other return/ exchange terms still apply. If your item(s) contains defective or missing parts, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to replace what is missing in the box. If you still want to return the item(s), you may do so within 7 days with normal return conditions. Prices & Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, and or incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice. Coupons Occasionally Tallscamera.com may offer coupons and discounts, which will allow customers to purchase items at additional savings. Credit Cards & Fraud Protection In the event that your credit card is declined, your order will not be processed. Please call the number on the back of your credit card for more information. (Note: declines are often the result of a mis-keyed credit card number or expiration date.) We have taken steps to deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site. We request that all customers shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call the number on the back of your credit card and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. Doing this will speed up the order process. Registration and password You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and shall be responsible for all usage of your user account and/or user name, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Tall’s Camera of any unauthorized use or your user account, user name or password. Conduct You agree not to use Tallscamera.com: 1. for any unlawful purposes; 2. to upload, post, order for print, email or otherwise transmit or communicate any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable; 3. to upload, post, order for print, email or otherwise transmit or communicate any material that you do not have a right to transmit or communicate under any contractual or fiduciary relationship or which infringes any copyright, trade mark, patent or other intellectual property right or any moral right of any party including, but not limited to Tall’s Camera Inc. 4. to harm minors in any way, including, but not limited to, content that violates child pornography laws, child sexual exploitation laws and laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual conduct; 5. to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Online Photofinishing Service; 6. to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material which is likely to cause harm to Tallscamera.com or anyone else's computer systems, including but not limited to that which contains any virus, code, worm, data or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to Tallscamera.com which may cause any defect, error, malfunction or corruption to Tallscamera.com; 7. to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation; You further agree that you shall not: 1. interfere with or disrupt (or attempt to interfere with or disrupt) Tallscamera.com or servers or networks connected to Tallscamera.com, or to disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Tallscamera.com; or 2. provide any information to Tallscamera.com that is false or misleading, that attempts to hide your identity or that you do not have the right to disclose.
